#44 - NBA Finals Preview - Golden State Warriors vs Boston Celtics

The stage is set tonight at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California. Western conference champions Golden State Warriors will face off against the Eastern conference champions, the Boston Celtics. What should we expect?

Golden State brings years of Finals experience with their core including Draymond Green and sharpshooters in Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. Now with the addition of young players like Andrew Wiggins, Jordan Poole, Toscano-Anderson, and Kevin Looney — their threat of a deep roster may be too much for the C’s.

As for the Celtics, superstars Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown will have to work with their roster to smother the Warriors’ offense and isolate Curry while scoring on the league’s 3rd ranked defense.

Game 1 is normally a “feel-out” game but at home in San Francisco it’ll be like the Celtics are stepping into the Thunderdome. I for one hope they’re up to the challenge to make this a great series from the jump.

Game 1 of the NBA Finals starts at 9pm EST on ABC.
